1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Reliant AI Solutions ("Reliant AI Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"), including Jessica, our AI phone assistant service, and any custom software we build for combat sports gyms (collectively, the "Services"). By purchasing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Reliant AI Solutions provides an AI-powered phone answering service ("Jessica") for combat sports gyms, including boxing, MMA, BJJ, Muay Thai, and kickboxing gyms. Jessica answers incoming calls, provides information about trial classes, responds to frequently asked questions, transfers calls to gym staff when needed, and captures lead information on behalf of the customer's gym. We also offer custom software development services tailored to combat sports gyms, including but not limited to member check-in systems.

3. Subscription and Payment

The Jessica AI phone assistant service requires a one-time setup fee, followed by a recurring monthly subscription, both billed in USD. Current pricing is listed on our Pricing page. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your card information. Custom software projects are not billed on this schedule — pricing is scoped per project after a consultation and billed according to a project-specific agreement.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your gym, including class schedules, pricing, and policies, so that Jessica can respond to callers accurately. You are responsible for maintaining any phone number or call-forwarding configuration required for the Services to function.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates the rights of any third party, including callers whose information is captured through the Services.

7. Service Availability

While Jessica is designed to answer calls 24/7, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of planned maintenance or known service disruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, technology, and materials used to provide the Services remain the property of Reliant AI Solutions. Custom software developed under a separate project agreement is governed by the terms of that agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reliant AI Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including missed calls, missed leads, or miscommunication resulting from factors outside our reasonable control.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
